Schedule Details Treynor Trot Walk/Run Saturday 6:30-9:30
Treynor Trot Registration Form
The second annual “Treynor Trot Walk/Run” will begin the weekend activities
with check-in/registration at 6:30 a.m. Runners have an opportunity to sign-up
for either a 5K walk/run or a 10K run. All entrants will receive a t-shirt and
refreshments; medals will be awarded for top finishers (run only).
Pre-registration is $15.00 for adults, $7.00 for 17 & under, and $20.00 & $10.00

Flea Market & Food Stand Saturday 8:00-12:00
Clean out your closets, basements, and garages or show off your crafts and put a
little cash in your pocket. The Treynor Days Flea Market will begin at 8 a.m. on
the lawn next to T-Bank. The Chapter OZ P.E.O. will also offer light breakfast
fare during the flea market. Cost is $10.00 for a space or $15.00 if you wish to

Golf Tournament Saturday
9:00-3:00
The Treynor Days Golf Tournament will take place at the Treynor Recreation
Area beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. Cost of the tournament is
$40/per person. Door prizes and flag prizes will be awarded. Call Bryce Poland

Car Show Saturday

Treynor Days Open Car Show
registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. with all cars being registered by 1:00 p.m.
for judging. Cars will be on display at the Zion Congregational Church parking
lot from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Cars will be competing for trophies in
several classes and door prizes will be given away to participants. A "show
favorite" will be chosen by Treynor Days attendees' ballots that can be
purchased for $1.00 each with awards being given at 3:30 p.m. during the Awards
Ceremony at the Treynor Community Center. Pre-registration for the car show is
$10.00 per vehicle, $12.00 registration day of show. Call Danyale Manzer

Kid's Parade Saturday

up in the high school rear parking lot at 9:30 a.m. with the parade beginning at

Lunch will be served from 11:30-2:00 by the Silver Creek 4-H Club at the
Treynor Community Center.
Children’s Carnival

The annual Children’s Carnival will begin at 11:00 a.m. and run until 2:00 p.m.
on Saturday. Along with that will be several other activities, such as a
book fair, climbing wall, car bash, and dunk tank. Held at the Treynor
Community Center, sponsored by the Junior Treynor Women.
Firemen Water Fights
Saturday
12:00-1:30
At noon, get a team together and come get wet during the Firemen Water Fights.
Three-man amateur/professional teams will compete for 1st and 2nd place trophies
in each category. Pre-registration for the water fight will be $10.00 per team
or $15.00 that day. Team members must be 15 years of age or older, but children
will be allowed to try their skills after the competition. Call Russ Maguire for

BINGO Saturday
1:00-4:00
The Optimist Club of Treynor will conduct Bingo at the Community Center from
1:00-4:00 p.m. and will also be selling chances on the 50/50 pot all day.
Cook-Off

New this Year
Get your taste buds ready for the 1st Annual Treynor Days Smoke-Off! Contestants
will be competing for a trophy and door prizes. From 1:00-3:00 p.m., Saturday
afternoon, at the Zion Church parking lot, attendees can sample the culinary
endeavors of our Smoke-Off contestants and vote for their favorite. Samples with
a ballot will be sold for $1.00 each during that time and the winner will be
announced during the Awards Ceremony at 3:30 p.m. at the Treynor Community

3:30 p.m. at the Treynor Community Center.
Talent Show Saturday

Local talent will be showcased at
the Talent Show at the Treynor Community Center beginning at 4:00 p.m. If you are interested in sharing your
talent, please call Doug Klahn at 487-3857.
Raffle All Day Saturday
Raffle tickets will be sold all day for a chance to win a $1000 savings bond,
a 30G Apple Video ipod, a 12-meal preparation Gift Certificate to Supper Thyme
and a Bass Pro Fishing package. Tickets will be $1.00 each or 12/$10.00.
